Ordering

Ordering from Enchanted Works is very simple. All you need to do is click on the items you want, and your purchases will be stored in your shopping cart and totaled along with shipping and tax (if applicable) when you check out. Our shopping cart and current check out procedures are done via PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal to pay Enchanted Works.

Those of you who DO have PayPal accounts, please do NOT ask us to ship to a different address than your PayPal verified address. We have had too many charge backs at this time. If you need an address change, please first change it through PayPal, then place your order. Thank you VERY much.

We regret that we cannot take telephone or mail orders at this time. All orders must go through PayPal

Shipping

We try to ship your order out as soon as we get it. We are not always successful. As you will note on the site, many of our items are created one at a time by skilled craftspeople and artisans who take pride in their work. Creating something just for you can take some time. Please be patient, and if in doubt, we answer emails as quickly as humanly possible, so just ask. We try to keep the status of all products up to date so that you know what to expect. If you absolutely positively HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING RIGHT NOW, please email first to get an up to the minute estimate of when you can expect it to arrive.

Overseas Shipping: We're sorry, but at this time we do not offer overseas shipping (this INCLUDES Canada and Mexico). We've had a few people ask why this is, so let me try to explain. In order to keep shipping costs down for our customers, we generally use USPS. USPS, unfortunately, does not do tracking overseas. If we can't track our package to you, we don't know when it's going to get there. That makes us rather unhappy. So we tried shipping to Canada using UPS. For a simple shipment, we had to fill out huge piles of paperwork. No sooner was that done, but we got a call from UPS telling us we had done the paperwork incorrectly. Unhappiness again. So we tried USPS without tracking. Canadian customs bounced our package back, claiming they weren't going to allow "Willow Sticks" into the country (the description of our wands.) Annoyed, we gave up. We are looking into other options at this time, and if we are successful, we will be MORE than happy to ship our products to our non-American friends.

Packaging You may notice that some packages from Enchanted Works look like they've been used before. They have. We believe strongly in recycling packaging. The packing peanuts you find are either biodegradable, or recycled. You may find shredded paper for packing also. Our goal is to ship our products with the most protection possible for both the products, as well as for the Earth.

We are often asked why a 10.00 shipping charge when you only have ordered a 3.00 item. Let me try to explain. Basically, it costs us more in time and materials to package and ship that one 3.00 item than we would ever recover, given our low profit margins. Please notice that if you buy more, your shipping rates actually go down per dollar spent, with a great deal for sales over 100.00. Thanks for understanding.

Your satisfaction is our primary concern at Enchanted Works. If something isn't what you expected, you may return it in sellable condition within 30 days for a full refund. Just send us an email and we'll give you instructions on what to do. DO NOT SHIP ITEMS FOR REFUND TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS. Really. We appreciate your business.
